Survey Terms & Conditions

  1. A limit of one entry per customer will apply.

  2. No bulk, third party, or automated entries are accepted.

  3. No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, lost, or delayed, or are unable to be completed because of any technical fault or other reason.

  4. Participants will be selected on the basis of their suitability to the products in question, ascertained by the responses given in the signup form. 

  5. No discussion will be entered regarding the choice of participants.

  6. If selected, participants will be required to test and complete the survey for receiving the Digital Amazon Gift Card, no later than the end of the survey edit date of Jul. 10, 2022, after you have received the sample products.

  7. All views must be your own, based on your experience of using the products.

  8. Kleis International reserves the right to use, reproduce, disclose, transmit and publish the reviews–photos, videos, and text content–for any marketing purposes such as, but not limited to, email, online, and printed marketing materials.

  9. Kleis International reserves the right to moderate all surveys once submitted.

  10. Failure to submit the survey in the given time will mean removal from the panel as well as the reward, and will no longer be considered for future product testing.

  11. Submissions that do not follow the guidelines will be removed from the panel as well as the reward.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

In return for completing our SALLY’S LAW & NEOSIS sample testing survey, we will send you a $100 USD Amazon Gift Card to your provided email address. This gift card is good for all products and services only on https://www.amazon.com/. This gift card is a one-time card and cannot be reloaded. Kleis International is not responsible for deleted digital email confirmation of the provided gift card. The rewarded gift card will be issued through the third-party site, https://www.rybbon.net/, which is in no way correlated with Kleis International. Thus, any possible issues encountered must be directed to https://www.rybbon.net/Customer Service.
